Tom Sawyer Diner
Tom Sawyer DinerA website redesign for Tom Sawyer Diner, a family-owned Paramus, New Jersey diner since 1974 — leading with what people actually look up (hours, menu, directions, ordering) and giving a local institution a warm, confident presence on the phone.

01The challenge
Diners run on regulars and walk-ins, but new customers look online first. The existing site is a framed legacy build that isn't made for the phone-first way people find a place to eat today.
02The approach
Lead with what visitors are actually looking for — hours, menu, directions — and give the diner an identity that feels as warm in a browser as it does at the counter.
03What EC Product Lab built
We're building a fast, mobile-first website with the menu, hours, directions, online ordering, and gift cards up front — and a warm identity built around the diner's neon sign and real food photography.
