Wellness businesses compete on trust. Innovative Wellness offers a lot under one roof — IV drips, bloodwork with 70+ biomarkers, an apothecary, multi-week programs, memberships — and visitors need to understand it quickly and take the next step, on whatever device they happen to be holding.

02The approach

Clarity over decoration: a calm, premium visual system, plain-language descriptions of every service and program, and a clear path to booking on every screen — with the companion app as the front door for appointments, protocols, and biomarker tracking.

03What EC Product Lab built

A marketing website that presents services, The Apothecary, programs, and memberships under one consistent identity, and routes visitors into the Innovative Wellness app for booking and tracking. Walk-ins and single visits are made just as easy as memberships.
