01The challenge

Service businesses live on repeat visits, but most retention tools are built for retail. Punch cards get lost, reminders land at the wrong moment, and owners are cutting hair — not running marketing campaigns.

02The approach

Design around each client's actual cadence. If someone comes in every three weeks, the nudge should arrive in week three, not on a generic Monday blast. And everything had to work from a text message, with nothing to install.

03What we built

A platform that issues loyalty cards automatically after each visit, sends rebooking texts timed to the individual client, and gives owners a dashboard for at-risk clients and revenue attribution. Clients open everything through magic links; owners connect Acuity, Square, or ChairBack's own booking. Higher tiers add an AI receptionist and custom domains.
